The General Administration Department is headed by Senior Deputy General Manager & Chief Vigilance Officer. He is assisted by Dy. General Manager/G, Asst. Dy. General Manager and Public Relation Officer.
The General Administration department of MCF deals in all PR matters, Miscellaneous Procurement, monitoring of VIP references & parliamentary question, reporting to Railway Board on various matters, operation maintenance and booking of officers and workers/supervisors Rest House Booking, updating of Model Schedule of Power, Maintenance and recordkeeping of IPR and APARs of MCF Officers on SPARROW, empanelment and appointment of arbitrators for MCF cases and various other miscellaneous works.
