Brief writes up on the activities conducted during Vigilance Awareness Week-2022.

The Vigilance Awareness week, 2021 was observed at Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli from 26.10.2021 to 01.11.2021 as per directives issued by Railway Board. The main theme of this year’s Vigilance Awareness Week was “Corruption Free India for a developed Nation; भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत-विकसित भारत”.

As per schedule activity dated 31.10.2022, 400 pamphlets, 110 posters and 50 hoardings exhibiting on anti-corruption themes were distributed and displayed at prominent places in Administrative Building, Workshop, Shopping Complex and Township premises of MCF/RBL to infuse vigilance awareness amongst the officers, employees and public at large.

Further, a Vigilance Pledge taking ceremony was organised on 31.10.2022 at Conference Hall, where PHOD's & CHOD's were administered the pledge by GM/MCF/RBL. In addition to above, Vigilance pledge taking ceremony had also been conducted at Administrative Building, Workshop & Offices, where pledge was adminstered by concerned HODs/Dy. HOD's to all officer & Staff of MCF/RBL.

As per schedule activity dated 01.11.2022, Vigilance pledge to all teaches and Integrity pledge to all the students of Central School, MCF were administered by SVO/AVO followed by a lecture on the theme “Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity; स्वतंत्र भारत @ 75: सत्यनिष्ठा से आत्मनिर्भरता”.

As per schedule activity dated 01.11.2022, Cartoon/Poster/Essay writing competition on the theme of “Corruption Free India for a developed Nation; भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत-विकसित भारत” was organized in Central School, MCF, in which about 150 students have participated.

As per schedule activity dated 01.11.2022, a Webinar on policies/procedured os the organization and preventive vigilance measures (Works Contract/Works on Quotation/Execution of turnkey contract) was organised by Mechanical department for officers, Employees and other stake holders at the behest & active participation of Vigilance Department.

As per schedule activity dated 02.11.2022, a Webinar on policies/procuderes of the organization and preventive vigilance measures (Store Contracts) was organised by Stores department for officers, Employees and other stake holders at the behest & active participation of Vigilance department.

As per schedule activity dated 02.11.2022, a Nukkad Natak (नुक्कड़ नाटक) on Vigilance Awareness theme “Corruption Free India for a developed Nation; भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत-विकसित भारत” was organised by Sanskritik Sangathan (सांस्कृतिक संगठन) in shopping complex, MCF/RBL as per the initiative taken by Vigilance Department.

As per schedule activity dated 03.11.2022, Vigilance pledge to all teaches and Integrity pledge to the students of Ganesh Inter College, Aihar was administered by SVO & AVO/MCF/RBL followed by a lecture on the theme “Corruption Free India for a developed Nation; भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत-विकसित भारत”.

As per schedule activity dated 03.11.2022, an essay writing competition on the theme of “Corruption Free India for a developed Nation; भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत-विकसित भारत” was organized at Ganesh Inter College, Aihar, in which about 70 students have participated.

As per schedule activity dated 03.11.2022, Customer/Vendor Grievance redressal Camp & E-meet was organised by Stores Department, in which 60 officers & Contractors/Vendors have participated.

As per schedule activity dated 03.11.2022, a separate Quiz Competition for Gaz. Officer & Non-Gaz. Officials was organized, in which 60 officers & employees have participated.

As per schedule activity dated 04.11.2022, a Run for Vigilance highlighting Vigilance Awareness Theme was organized to start from Shopping Complex/MCF/RBL, in which 100 persons including children have participated.

As per schedule activity dated 04.11.2022, a Prize Distribution ceremmony was held at conference room in Administrative Building. During this prizes were distributed by CVO to all winners of essay writing/poster/cartoon competition and Quiz Competition organised during Vigilance Awareness Week'22 at schools, colleges and MCF.

As per schedule activity dated 04.11.2022, a seminar on activities carried out during VAW'2022 was conducted at GM's Conference Room, Administrative Building. E-Vigilance Bulletin' 2022 was also released by General Manager on this occasion, which is available on MCF Website.
